Note: Our telephone lines are closed from 12 mid-day till 2pm and from 6pm till 6:30pm. However we operate an In-House message taking service for any urgent medical queries.

Patient Feedback & Experience

We are continually looking to turn our patients’ feedback into real improvements in the services we provide. We use it to focus on the things that matter most to our patients, carers and their families.

We would like to hear from you if you have a complaint or suggestion on how we can do things better to improve our patients’ experiences. We’d also like to hear from you if you are pleased with the service you’ve received.

Our dedicated “Patient Experience Team” can be approached via a dedicated email – [email protected] or by filling in a complaints form – a copy is available at the reception desk.

As well as we proactively aim to resolve all complaints, we do learn from them. We’ll let the staff involved know and share the good practice across our teams.

Non-urgent advice: Extended Access & Out of Hours

We also offer Extended Hours service on:

Tuesday and Friday evening between 18.30 – 20.00

When we are closed please contact the out of hours service service BADGER by calling 0121 203 3000 and follow the instructions.
